[Feature Request] Automatically Muted Text Channels

As the title says, I would like to suggest a feature be added to server management that would allow server admins to set text channels to "muted" (no-notifications) by default for everyone in the server. It should be allowed to be overriden by the accounts personal settings though. 

I feel this feature would assist in making servers more accessible as currently whenever I personally join a new server I have to go through and find all the "Bot Commands", "no-mic", and "Music Commands" channels as the information used in those channels is not important to anyone except the singular user typing in that channel for the most immediate of timeframe.
