Hacked Account

My account was hacked last night and I have discord Nitro on this account, I've cancelled my card because of this. But discord has still yet to reply to my request to get it back. Does anyone know how long it takes usually?

    My account was hacked too and I also made a request. It took like 2 days for me to get a reply. All they said was that they escalated my ticket to investigate further. It's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't gotten anything since then.

    Apparently, there is a huge rise in hackers and discord just refuses to acknowledge that their security coding needs improvement. Apparently, there is a large Twitter thread on it as well.  I have no hope that my account will be recovered any time soon

    Yeah. This new scam has actually been very convincing because it's behind a real person behind the account and not a bot. If they hack your friend's account, they try to talk like them and then make download a virus. I am talking about the "Try my game" scam btw. But yeah, I also lost hope as well.
