Man I was just trying to remove phone number from account I was gonna delete cuz my main was said that I needed to verify cause apparently something was happening and so when I went to do that it said something suspicious was happening and now I can’t get into either account man

  the same shit happened to me like a hour ago and im so mad like tf, i just accepted someone's friend request and discord said something wrong is going on tF IS THAT WRONG THING GOING ON DISCORD, IM JUST TRYING TO SOCIALIZE

  I had the same issue in the past, so I've contacted discord and they mentioned that my account was on a temporary cooldown for suspicious activity.
  
  They've told me to wait a couple of days for the cooldown to be over, so I did wait and in fact, I got my access to my account back!.
  
  Maybe in your guy's case, it might be different, so I suggest you create a support ticket here
  and inform discord about this issue you are facing.
