vc gif profile not moving when hovered 2022

i had nitro classic last year 2021, and when i hovered my gif profile in a vc last it, it moves.

but then now it's 2022, i had nitro classic again, when i hovered my gif profile in a vc, it doesn't move anymore.

i think this is  because of a new update, is this feature only available for nitro with boost subscription?
