My account get hacked

at 17th of January,my account get hacked by a guy in Russia. I tried 2FA but don't work I have try authy and Google,but it doesn't work I also get warned by dyno because of sending links in server,at that time it is 1 AM I am asleep,but I wake up I see I get warned by bot. I also search his ip by using Google map it doesn't search out the place,this is his ip:45.81.137.90
