Discord Support So Slow especially with time sensitive stuff like hacks

I'm writing from an alt account because my account was hacked. To make matters worse, my friends told me they're using my account to try and hack others. I just wish they would hire more Discord support staff for this as now I'm worried about my account getting banned before I ever get it back.

I've reported users before for attempting to hack me and don't receive a reply until 10 days later which actually states that I should rank the level of urgency of the request because I'm assuming they're understaffed for the volume of support requests they receive. Please hire people!

    You're right.

    Most of the times discord can be very slow to respond to our tickets.

    but I'm sure they are working day and night on these things.

    Cannot upvote this enough. My account was hacked over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't gotten any assistance.

    ^ Yeah same here. I was hacked 2 weeks ago and I still haven't gotten any word besides that they escalated my ticket (which btw took them 2 days to say that). Though a friend of mine that got hacked the same day I did got his account back like 2 days ago.
