Sent an email on Monday, it's been 3 days with no response.

Hello, my account was disabled for spam, it seems to have incorrectly been picked up by the spam bot and flagged for spam. Therefore I sent an email to Discord on Monday, I got an email immediately saying my report has been successfully sent and will be looked into soon. Three days later and no response? Is there any idea on when I will receive a response, I have had this account since 2017 and don't want to lose it, and it gets deleted in 11 days. I may be overreacting but is anybody else not getting any responses by Discord? Is this typical for them not to respond in three days? If so how long does it take for me to get a response?
