After years invested in building communities, joining like-minded crowds and developing apps specifically for Discord, I made the heinous mistake of trying to sign in from my AWS Workspace instance. That triggered some sort of automatic security action that got my account blacklisted, along with my phone number.
Since Discord is a big part of my work, I tried to create a new account and basically rejoin my team, however, it seems that everything I touch gets blacklisted. I tried with other emails, but each newly created account gets disabled upon creation (maybe based on my IP). I got a new phone number, thinking that might let me in, but again, the resulting account got disabled and the new phone was also blacklisted.
Support is non-existent. I submitted both on regular #20582223 and dev support portal #20584877.
In the Terms of Service it says that they are entitled to suspend service with or without cause or notice, however this seems deeply unfair. Discord, at this point, is embedded in my livelihood. Is there really no recourse?
