Close Option For Tickets

I feel like Discord should add an option where you can close your tickets that you made on your own with the new tickets system. What if you accidentally made 2 tickets? Asking them to close a ticket will take some time anyway since they look through other tickets.

    are you talking about a discord help ticket?

    or the ticket from a server?

    because if it's from a server, you have to contact the server moderators and report this issue.

    Discord's help ticket. Basically, they moved from Emails to a built-in ticket system. So I was thinking that Discord should add a close option.

    i agree its the only platform without this option its super annoying especially when you solve it b4 they respond they used to have it idk what happened
