Option to disable media keys

As of the current PTB build of the discord desktop app, if discord is open for an extended period of time it will become the default for what your media keys (Pause/Play button & Stop button) try to control, making using Spotify or other media applications unusable. My suggestion is add an option in the settings to disable discord from using media keys.
