    Which doesn't make any sense because some guy who got hacked on the same day I did got his account back like 5 days ago.

    1-2 weeks for nitro users, 1 week to months for non nitro users. Thats how long it seems to have taken for friends that have gotten hacked before or that currently are still hacked. Probably helpful to show nitro proof to the ticket that you are the original owner and buyer of nitro to speed the process. Maybe they are understaffed since it seems to be a lot of people reporting hacked accounts lately. idk

    Yeah I still had my Nitro for a little bit on my hacked account. I showed them my purchase history but still no response.

    Lost my phone due to it breaking, had Google Authenticator with Discord 2FA Code there and can no longer transfer that to my new phone and they won't remove my 2FA so I can add it to my new phone. They tell a lie saying that they can't remove 2FA due to security reasons, but I've researched that they actually can since it's possible if you got your account hacked thus it should also work the other way around if you aren't able to recover your 2FA code and have evidence that it's your account. I tried providing them with my Discord Nitro Receipt, phone number attached to the account and my email but still no luck.

     

    Been waiting for a week now, they just keep closing my tickets and ignore me (since it's a bot and we all know that it isn't real humans who reply when it says "Reply if you want it to go to support")

    It's quite frustrating since I still have nitro on my account..

    Discord Support is really bad.

    Had this happen to me recently. I am PISSED. I have information on my account that is EXTREMELY SENSITIVE, and could result in me losing a lot of money. I am literally THIS CLOSE to booking a flight to san Francisco and taking this into my own hands.
