    im in the same shitty situation
    their 'anti bot' system is overly aggressive it seems, and they take no piss nor mercy in giving it back either, or so the automated mail says at least...

    Here's a fix:

    All you have to do is get another account to generate a verification code for your main account. 

    For example on a new account add a phone number.

    Upon adding a phone number a verification code gets sent to that phone number.

    Go back into your main account in incognito mode or on a different device and enter the verification code that was sent using the new account you just created.

    Since both accounts are trying to verify their accounts with the same number Discord will accept the account that enters the correct generated code first.
