I have been waiting over 3 weeks for Discord Support to get back to me.

Original ticket: 19876482. I am posting on my alternate account since the account I filed it under has been hacked, so I can't access it. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks (almost a month!) now. A man named Sir Dante responded to me on the day I sent the request in saying it will be escalated to the support team. But I have not heard anything since! Will support ever get back to me? It's getting ridiculous at this point!
