Reporting Discord Servers?

Thus far i've found it impossible to report discord servers blatantly violating the Discord Terms OF Service...

I am told to follow the guide to report on Trust & Safety, however this doesn't work when I try submitting with ID, also it's not possible to get a copy of the ID if you're kicked or banned from a server.

I was just in a server that issued a ban, and was violating the Discord TOS / Guidelines, where the owner openly allowed "Harassment" "Discrimination" and "Targeted Hate Speech" in the server, a friend sent me screenshots, which I also reported as evidence to Discord in a ticket, but thus far they tell me to report it to Trust & Safety but I have no ability to because it won't let me submit...

It's also worth noting that the specific server had people joking about shooting people, and posting jokes about such stuff in the game I was playing as well got some of this on screenshot, but not message ID's, I just know the server URL which I provided to discord in a ticket with screenshots, but can't get on to copy id's thus I can't submit under Trust & Safety.
