A fatal Javascript error occured when installing windows client
This popped up when installing discord client on windows 10.
I tried deleting localappdata and appdata folder, running installer as administrator, I tried running gpupdate command, I even tried installing the client on a fresh windows 10 install.
If this helps, I have intel core i7 12700F and ASUS TUF gaming H670 motherboard. I'm running Windows 10 Home version 21H2

That error seems to me like Discord is running. First thing I'd try would be to kill the process from the Task Manager by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ESC or restarting Windows.
The only thing I've seen similar to this is when Discord fails to update.
I found a "fix" for that which was to rename the Update.exe on C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Discord to something like Update1.exe
If that doesn't seem to help, I suggest restarting your computer and trying to download a fresh copy of Discord from a different browser like Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. Right click the download and check Properties to make sure the file you downloaded doesn't say it's blocked. If it doesn't just click the Unblock checkbox and hit apply before installing.
If all else fails, I'd suggest trying to make a new Windows User account and seeing if you can install Discord on the new user account.
You can also try a different Discord client, Discord on Opera Gx, or connecting to Discord via discord.com:

I hope this helps. :)
