Me and my friend cant deside who to own server. 

We whould be greatfull if you made a co-owner rank, so that we can own it together. But just make the rank a little lower tier than the ownership rank

  I can't advise you on which one of the two between your friend and yourself should be the owner of the server. That's a decision you would need to make, but you can create an Administrator role for whoever wants to be the co-owner. And having an Administrator role should grant all permissions to do things like install bots and manage the server which is similar to what you're describing.
