Complete lack of support.

On February 7, I decided to link the phone to my account, after which I ran into a problem. I do not receive SMS, and my account does not start without it (as if blocked). Then I wrote to those support, wrote to Twitter, wrote anywhere .. There was no result. For three days I did not receive any response at all, due to which my account was blocked.
How such a large company cannot provide normal support to its customers remains a mystery to me. I am very disappointed with Discord and frustrated.

    Running into the same issue, Made a ticket a week ago about recovering a hacked account and I haven't gotten a response in 3 days, and it feels like we've made no progress before then on getting it resolved either. 

    Really hope that we can get progress and updates on the situation that's slowing these issues down.

    Very strange I get responses within a day? Maybe it is because of my reputation with discord support once I got someone warned (not many people know about this but sometimes discord system messages you and emails you with a warning) and I also got warned once.
