Picture Profile Quality is reduced once again (bug)

Now when you upload a picture profile, quality is reduced, looks some blurred and bad quality, didn't happened before and the sizes are the as previous ones I had. When uploaded, in the preview settings, looks good, once the changes are saved, the quality is gone, I have tried from all devices and the problem persist. Seems to be a Discord problem, because when tagging a bot to show my full avatar, the quality is perfect, it's only in the picture profile that looks bad
