Feature Request (voicechat related)

Hi,

any chance you could consider adding/changing two small features with the voice  chat functionality, both mainly for streamer mode?

They are:

1. Add a "Push to mute" option. Like the name says, disable mic input when pressed. Useful when you e.g. stream or play with ingame comms at the same time while being on discord, and you don't want to send it to both. Such an option could be very useful especially when properly combined with the same kind of (existing) push to talk/mute separation in apps like OBS.

2. The option to disable only the push to talk sound clicks. Currently in streamer mode settings theres only disable sounds, which mutes any sounds. When you run in push to talk mode it might be useful to have joining/leaving sounds but not the talk clicks which can be irritating for stream viewers.
