Trust & Safety without response for near a month (open issue 20513043)

Hello, I have an open issue 20513043  without response.

The issue was opened at Jan 25th and still no answer.

The account will be deleted in one Month, but what can I do if there is no answer from the trust and safety team that month.

I think it´s not normal just to obtain bot responses meanwhule my acount is about to be deleted.
