Custom notif settings for dms

Im in a lot of servers and have a lot of friends, It would be fantastic if users could set it so they only get notifs from certain dms (i have alot of friends but only a few that i want to recieve notifs from if they message)

edit: while there were previous suggestions for this feature they were pretty much all 2 years old and i figured itd be ok to put this idea back to be examined
