Fix your support ASAP
Your support is probably some of the worst I've ever seen. I, a paying customer(!) can not get through to a human at all. I have tried asking for a refund or an explanation for why my account was banned. I have to make an account just to post feedback. I was banned without explanation as to why. I have spoken to people who have spammed terrible images, and they have gotten explanations as to why. I have been with Discord since the start and I pay for nitro. No email to me. This reaks of an automated ban, and the bots that respond to me just say I violated the ToS/Community Guidelines but don't say what. For the most part I stick to private servers and friend groups, so me getting banned is a bit of a surprise since I'm pretty sure no one reported me. OH, but the guidelines got updated the other day. Ahh, what's that? Speaking about current events is now against the rules? Oh and would you look at that, while I was off my meds and stressed out BEFORE the new guidelines, I made a few posts airing my annoyance about propaganda and how gullible people are. I've also posted Ghost of Kiev memes (before the guidelines) If you want to get rid of me, whatever. That's less money I'm spending monthly. But atleast have the guts to tell me what it is and connect me to a damn person instead of just cutting me off from friends I made over the course of 6 years with no warning AT ALL and no explanation AT ALL.

It is funny how you decided to talk yet you're embarrassing yourself. I have tried to confront you above, that speaks for itself and it says my comment is "Pending approval," whatever that is supposed to mean. I am not fine with you yet for you to complain about the rules is very silly. Like I said, you are American and you should get help for your behaviour. What are you even talking about? I was in a private server talking to friends about current events. A few days later they come out with these new rules about what I was talking about. I am now banned for violating rules that did not exist yet. Atleast that's what I think happened, because Discord still hasn't told me what rules I violated, showed me posts that explain where I violated, or responding to my request to get a refund on the year long nitro I had bought just a few days prior.

I agree, my account recently got broken into and i lost control of it. Since then i've lost all contact to over 30+ people, and ive lost $20+ USD in discord nitro classic fees due to the person who broke into my account buying 4 nitro classic gifts. This happened four days ago and i havent gotten a response from discord support since. The fact that we cant call or talk to a human directly makes it nearly impossible to get any ACTUAL help.

You're not better and if I were you I'd reevaluate your comment. You think you can say things and nobody will ignore you. You get help and don't talk to me in YOUR life! You contradicted me (probably), you made a mistake if you did. I was doing something else until I seen a notification from this thread. This thread is worthless so no point talking TO ME ON IT! I don't like how you responded back to ME when you don't know me. You keep lying. If you say another word to me, this is what you will always get. If you think everyone will help you, that is where you are wrong. You probably are a kid, pretending you don't understand me. I commented once then you spoke? I didn't expect this. You said that, not me. I never said you're a good person and you're clumsly. I can tell. What you say has nothing to do with ANYTHING and your post is more worthless. I don't want to talk to you. Your post literally says "Fix your support ASAP," so you're crying or complaining about the support of Discord. I do agree that the support of discord is never perfect just because they can't be perfect all the time. However, your behaviour suggest that you want attention. I noticed you ended your sentence with a question with a question mark, indicating your desire for more information. I am not taking anything from you so stop talking. You can't make a post and be good at talking straight away. If you want attention, take that somewhere else. Worst of all, you're American I am pretty sure judging by your attitude and name.

I think you shouldn't make posts, attracting attention. You need to behave the right way. Stop writing paragraphs about things that are not relevant at all. I don't know why you got surprised. You don't even need to make posts because other people might not help you. It's true. I am here to live my life, that's it. You've been saying how "your support is some of the most" then you said "I couldn't get through a human." Don't bother talk to me and I am not your friend for you to talk to me. There is a war in Ukraine and I'd rather worry about that to be honest. To be fair, I won't give you the green light. I will be honest.I am not going to let you go if you got a problem WITH me. All you did was talk like your life depended on it (or as it seemed). Whether there is a problem with following or the rules or connecting with an agent just means there shouldn't be any complaints all the time. Complaints is something you're not good at handling so no point acting tough. I will do my best to make sure you are not in my life. I will stop now. Talking is not your best strenght so just stop. I will not let you annoy me and most importantly you won't annoy me. "What are you even talking about?" That seems like an excuse. Even though I said everything to you, you still spoke to me like a silly little boy. It is not important for you to talk, especially now. Don't talk to me for no reason. I said I am not going to let you say lies or things I don't like. Stop telling me things which is not true. You were not in a private lobby/session until you reply again correcting me. Also, DON'T act like you know me more than I do... The truth can hurt. Before you say something to me, make sure you know the truth. There is no way you can keep talking. It doesn't matter what you said, it's irrelevant. The one thing I don't appreciate is how you spoke to me, but at least it says more about you. I never use Discord, speaking of Discord. Apparently, the system detects what I say here thus it shows "pending approval." I am not going to argue with me just like you're not going to argue with me. You just need to see how embarrassing you are.

You are good at telling lies and I hope you didn't mean to annoy me. I was minding my own business, until I seen you. Don't annoy me. Just because I said something, doesn't mean you have the "guts" to talk to me. You are repeating yourself saying you got in a private session and I'd rather believe anything from you. You are annoying, saying how you bought a machine for entertainment. Nobody cares what you do. You're just a talker behind a screen. You don't say much to have fun and this just means you're silly. Did you watch your mouth before you talk to me? I can buy things too, it doesn't mean YOU should respond to me. Do me a favor and stop saying this question "What are you even talking about?" because nobody says that as far as I know. Who do you think you are talking to me? Do you even KNOW me? How are you going to talk to me then say nothing? Like I said, you need to stop looking for attention and this is a suggestion for you. At least I don't make posts claiming I bought something. You are embarrassing yourself and you proved it already. What I said previously still stands. You spoke to me even though I never asked you to do it. You could've very easily stopped talking yet you talked anyway. I hope you're never always like that so I can also move on in peace. Just because you never know much about Discord or how to talk normally, doesn't mean I have to keep talking to you. If you don't know much about how to talk normally, then it's better for you to not talk at all let alone be rude. Now I will stop.

This is why I am serious because you think you know what's right to say. I know more about this irrelevant service than you probably and I never use it at all. One thing I must say, it is better for me to stop now.
