Reveal spoilered image now unsafe for photosensitive users

Hi, I've noticed today that on the desktop site, clicking a spoilered image to reveal it now causes a flashing effect that can trigger photosensitivity issues. It's now unsafe for me to use this function. I would like to request that this update is rolled back, or if this was a glitch, for it to be addressed as it is a huge health concern for many people.
