When in server VC, put the webcam icon/button next to the noise suppression button.

Just a slightly QOL change, instead of having to click on the call I'm currently in to pull up the little window of icons with everyone's face on it, then clicking on the cam button on the bottom bar, I can just do it from anywhere within discord while in call.
