Suggestion: Specific Discord Users/servers Allowed to see what games I'm Playing?

I was wondering if it could be possible to alter how folks see what games you are playing on Discord? The folks on Discord said it was All or Nothing (in that either everyone can see it or no one can), but I was wondering if I could set say, a permissions list for friends and specific swrvers for example, so they can see the games I'm playing? This could be a great feature to both encourage friends to join in while preventing strangers in very large servers from snooping and stalking.
