Non-Nitro server profile UI improvements

For people without Nitro, it would be nice to have a simple dialog (like there previously was) for changing the nickname instead of the whole big page for the server profile. The Nitro notice could still fit.

Either way, it would be helpful if the nickname input were focused by default and the enter key saved changes.
