"priority classes" for roles

Hey,

I'm running a server and one of the features we have is being able to change your name color even if you're a normal user. The way it's set up is we have a bunch of predetermined color roles and a reaction rolebot that gives you one of the color roles. The users really enjoy this and it offers some extra "uniqueness" to each person. 

However there has been a few issues with it in terms of privileges and priority level. Since the color of your name is based off your highest role priority, all the color roles had to go above mod and admin. This way, my mods and also admin partner could have access to the custom colors feature.

Even though the color roles have no permissions themselves, there was a big problem with priority level. Mods only could do moderation commands for people who had color roles lower than theirs.

If it was possible to have a classification system for roles that'd be really cool. That way you could have multiple roles of the same priority.
