Update Discord's Source Emoji to Twemoji 14.0

Now that Twemoji 14.0 has been released with new emoji, since Discord already uses an old version of Twemoji, it would only make sense for the update to come to Discord too. I'd love to use the emoji when I'm using iOS without my desktop friends being confused by the question mark boxes.
