"Whisper" feature for VCs

Whisper feature, where not everyone in the vc can hear you, you can select who can hear you.

To see if a person isn't whispering to you there should be an ear icon thing or something at the side and it would look similar to the mute and deafen icons when applied.

This would be nice for people who are shy to everyone except selected people in the vc :)) really hope you consider i've been thinking of this idea for a long time LOL
