Dis.gd link for hacked accounts

Dis.gd is a domain used by Discord to shorten down some links - as I'm sure you all know.

Recently, a Hacked Account option was added to the support dropdown. However, let's add a link that goes straight to the category! For example, the current links I know are:
-Help/General (dis.gd/support)
-Trust and Safety (dis.gd/report, dis.gd/tns, dis.gd/request)
-Billing (dis.gd/billing)
-Community Programs (dis.gd/cprog)
-Bug Reporting (dis.gd/bugreport)
-Dev Support (dis.gd/devsupport)
-Translation (dis.gd/lang-feedback)

Hacked accounts is probably gonna be one of the most used support categories, and it really can't be that hard to add this.
