stopping common type of spammers

A common type of spam I had to deal with today is when a hacked account posts the same "free discord nitro" link on ALL the channels, tagging everyone, at just about the same time.

I feel like this should be relatively easily detectable, and there should be an option for say, a timeout for someone posting a number of posts across several channels within a very small time frame, especially a non-unique post, aka spammy post. And along with that, an alert to some elected moderators that that's happening.

A more advanced feature would be to have those particular posts available for moderators to review, before allowing or deleting.

I believe this type of spam is getting old and so should be able to be accounted for, would be great yeah, but no pressure, love you guys uwu <3
