Discord account disabled/flagged

As of March 12th i have submitted a ticket to get my account back but they keep getting marked as solved when no one responds to them. Discord should explain on why many accounts are getting disabled/flagged for no reason. It says we violated the Terms of Use and guidelines but they need to make sure we know what code we broke

    they also says that my messages are also solved but I didn't even got a single reply

    They need to give us valid reasons on why actions were taken on innocent accounts

    Any updates regarding on your disabled account? Because I too have the same problem

    The only thing i keep being told is that their detection system triggered and they will not remove the phone number verification. They need to know that some poor people can't afford a phone

    Discord support is the worst support service I have ever ran into in my life. They either ignore you or send you a copy pasted response based on their limited documentation.

    If for some reason your issue falls outside these "parameters" they will most likely think you are lying and just ignore your responses. They may reply back, but you'll notice how they will have not read any of the details you shared and just sent the same response as before just reworded. 

    I wish there was an easy way to get attention to this, but they know they can ignore it as there no system of accountability.
