Is there an physical support staff? 10 days and counting...

10 days ago I was locked out during setup. I've verified my account, my phone number is valid, and there's zero reason for getting locked out. I was still setting up preferences in my server. I sent the 1st request and followed by adding a comment to the feed 2 days later. @nd request was done the next day with a follow up comment next day. Still nothing. 3rd request was 5 days ago. Nothing. Follow up comment for the 3rd request feed a few mins ago. Robinhood has always been terrible, but they don't hold a candle to this. So much for building a community. What a joke!!!
