(Slash commands) Multiple choices under one option

I would like to see a feature added to slash command choices where a user can specify a comma-separated list under one option. For example, if a moderator would like to assign a user multiple roles: I'd like them to be able to run `/role user role1,role2,role3...` without having to hard-code `role1`, `role2`, `role3` as options.
