Alternatives to Phone Verification.

The account switch is a cool feature, but people don't just have multiple cell phones. I recently created a second discord account but both accounts were locked immediately - my main one pending verification in which my phone number no longer works and the new one disabled even before having a chance to log into it. This is an issue. I've been a Nitro member for years. I am currently boosting multiple servers. You guys get a decent amount of money out of me, but now I can't even access my account and your Support Team isn't exactly speedy and half the time I'm unsure if I'm emailing an actual human person. Not to mention silly things like I was forced to create an entirely new ticket just because I mentioned a second email associated with a separate account. Not the sole reason, but just MENTIONED it. Because it was connected to my current issue.

There needs to be a better way to verify accounts. You can not expect people to go out and buy a secondary phone just to use a feature on your site that is readily available. It's almost like you created it but don't want people to use it.
