Preview in the notifications when media is uploaded
It's a relatively small detail but here's an idea.
Notifications outside of Discord (mainly mobile but desktop/browser could be concerned too) could have a preview window or indicator somewhere telling the receiver, whether in server notifs or DMs, that the sender attached a media file, whether it's an image or a video.
As of now, the only obvious way to tell if someone uploads something is if they upload the media file without adding any further text, at which point the notification would read "[User] uploaded [file_name.extension]". However, you don't see that when text is added, it would only show the text unless you're looking at an in-app notification where it does show the preview.
On that note, it would be useful for mobile users to see a preview box of that content on mobile straight from the notification outside the app.
Just in case a preview cannot be shown, it would be possible to include an indicator within the notification that media was uploaded, it could be an emoji before the start of the message or perhaps the full file name.
