Option to disable video

When you are in a voice call on mobile, if anyone starts sharing their video your mobile discord automatically starts watching the feed.  This is the worst possible scenario on a mobile platform that will be using Cellular Data a decent portion of the time and not everyone is willing to pay for unlimited data.  The best option would be to default video to off and then have an option to go view the video feeds in the call, however a decent alternative would also be to have the same checkbox on mobile that the desktop has which is the ability to disable video for specific people.
