Make signing into support.discord.com less confusing
I have a recommendation that is less about the Discord service itself, and more about the user experience in the way the login page for support.discord.com is presented.
When clicking Login, the page that comes up says "Sign in to Discord" and "New to Discord? Sign up"
I would like to recommend that the verbiage be changed to something like "Sign in to Discord Support" and "New to Discord Support? Sign up" in order to make it clearer as to what credentials you should be using.
Reasoning:
As a Discord user who has never used the support site, the current verbiage is a little confusing and leads you to believe that you need to use your Discord service credentials to login, not the credentials for an account through Zendesk. Of course, your Discord service credentials will get you an invalid password error and have you questioning if you've forgotten your Discord password, so you will request a password reset, but never get anything because you don't actually have an account for the support.discord.com site. Likewise, "New to Discord?" sounds like it will lead you to setting up a new Discord service account, which is not what you want to do if you already have one and you just want to access support.discord.com.
I was able to figure this out, but it wasn't a smooth experience. For Discord users who are less technically inclined, I would imagine it could be rather frustrating.
