Discord account disabled because i changed my mail

Hi,

Let me explain you. A few weeks ago, i have been banned on discord because i didn't respect discord's TOS, so i totally accept it. Since this day, i've made a new discord account with a different mail. But today, i wanted to modify some things on my discord account, and i changed my mail. The problem is that i have typed the same mail as on my old account (that is now banned) and now, my new account has been banned.
Is there any way to get help? I contacted discord support by mail but i don't get any answer and i really don't want to lose my account.

  I just wanted to add that i didn't do anything against discord's TOS since i have been banned on my old account.

  Well, I think since your old account got banned, so did all the information that goes along with the account, so next time use a different email that was not attached to the old account.
