Create Categories, as paragraph seperators.

Hey there lovely peops!

My first suggestion, since I contaced the support with this one. The clear out possible confusions, what Do I even mean by the title? -

Many who have created own Discord-Servers could know, that if you create a category, this category is not shown to others, without admin-permissions until the category contains atleast one other channel. (VC or TC) But what if you wanted to design a Discord Server, with new meanings in Design? For example, if you´d be able to create categories without a channel, you´d be able to mark specific areas of where things could be. For example, you would want to create a area in your Discord Sidebar, where you could find "Announcements".

I think this refference could clear out of what I mean with this post. The Announcement Tab could be highlited with such a feature, and anyone could easily find any specific category in a server, if you have a larger server with mutliple topics. (like multi-linguistic servers or servers with multiple game-categories and chats) 

The Current Problem of what we have: 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, and I personally think that not everyone should have admin permissions.

This could be such a awesome feature, because of the multiple things that user could do with such a feature. What do you guys think about this?
