DM Sorting

I have a few genuine friends who have modest followings online and so receive a high volume of dms from people who watch their content. Because of this, the people that they know IRL or are friends with get drowned out in the sea of notifications and they don't even realize that I messaged them. I think Discord should add a "Close Friend" option like instagram or even just the option to have DM folders so that you could, say, make a folder that stays at the very top of your DMs that has all of your IRL friends. It could be as simple as "starring" the chat like you would an email to indicate priority and have starred chats, group or one-on-one, stay near the top of your dms. Having no other option of sorting dms besides chronological just isnt logical from a company that takes every other opportunity to let people customize their experience.
