Pinned messages

Currently the only way to look at pinned messages is to go into each channel and see if there are any. I believe this defeats the purpose of pinning. I have more than 50 channels (channels+threads) and if i have to look for a pinned message, then i have to go into each one of them and check. 

THere should be one place where you can see ALL the pinned messages across the ENTIRE SERVER. Similar to the Mentions.
