how do you report a user without giving a message link?

so basically i was arguing with this person in a server i'm in and eventually he changed his server nickname to "beater of (the n word) and (my irl name)". how do i report this type of thing?

    well, the person changed their name. but i still want to know an answer if it were to happen again.
