How long does it take for Discord support to respond (especially as you sent them multiple response emails)?

A couple days ago, my account has been compromised because I fell for a "beta tester" scam where somebody wanted me to test their game. This led me into being shared an executable file that was a token grabber, which led me to being logged out of my client. I really want to get an answer because I've been staring at my Gmail for 2 days, where I'm hoping that I could get a support agent to respond to me. I don't want to create an alternate account because the hacked one still exists and I don't want to start all over again with making another main Discord account for the time being. I know I should be extremely patient, but when Discord has been a huge part of my life for 5 years now, I can't be patient at all with this. It's making me furious and upset at myself for being so gullible at this kind of shit. I even tried calling Discord's main number and I'm not sure if that's making it take forever for me to get a response at all. Please help, I'm really desperate to get my account back.
