Notifications for Account Switch

Regarding the new feature, Switch Account

I think that it would be a good thing to add an option to get notifications of others accounts, when you are on another one. I get mentionned often on other accounts and it's pretty annoying to be forced to switch accounts every 5 minutes to check if you got a dm.

It would be a good thing to add a "global mention tab" in the home menu (along with friends/nitro), to allow us to not be forced to switch so often just to check if people ping you.
