Cancelling Nitro Error

I have tried to cancel my nitro subscription multiple times through mobile and desktop and I keep receiving an error that something went wrong and it can't unsubscribe. I have emailed support multiple times on various issues and have not received a response 3 weeks later, absolutely shocking for a so called "support" email
