Home Screen with channels (and voice maybe too) from various servers you want to see.

I am joined to many servers, most of which there's 1 or 2 channels I care about in each.  It would be immensely helpful to have a home screen where I could see the channels I care about.

Here's how it might work.  Go to any channel you want to see, have an option to "Add to home screen".  Selecting it adds it.  Thats it.

Once added, you can now see that channel on your home screen.  You would be able to add channels from any server on discord and see its chat.

Obviously, roles, permissions, view-ability would still apply.  However this would give me the ability to more effectly engage in communication on Discord.  Instead of having to constantly flip between servers.
