Microsoft Payment for Nitro?

So I recently redeemed a Xbox gift card, and got a free 3 months of Nitro by buying game pass Ultimate. keep in mind, I don't have a PayPal or visa. After redeeming, I have to add a new payment method using a credit card, sort of wasting my game pass Ultimate subscription. Maybe add a Microsoft payment method?

Juniper, suggesting Microsoft integrate a direct payment method to streamline the process would enhance user experience and prevent the perceived waste of the Game Pass Ultimate subscription.
