BAN and BAG

My account was disabled on 05/10/2022 (For no reason, I did not break the rules). I wrote to support. After 7 days, Bot answers me - Your account was disabled due to a spam filter, but after reviewing you, your account was unblocked. I tried to log into my account but it says that the account is still disabled. I wrote to support again and received the same answer, but the problem is not solved! I still can't log into my account. It says the account is disabled. It seems to me that the support bot works with the Bug because it says that the account is enabled, but in fact the account is disabled.
