Show send button Animation too slow on Android new UI.

I keep accidentally tap emoji button instead of send button because of this. Enable Reduced Motion not make it faster or instant. I already make animation faster on Developer options and turn on Sync with Device Settings and show send button animation not affected by any of those setting settings. If you add always show send button setting will be nice too.

  Definitely an issue for me as well - I tried asking discord support and they basically just told me to upvote the issue here, which doesn't really solve the problem...
